Workroom- Making copies, cutting, etc. during the school day
Carnival- Planning, setup, and/or working at the carnival
Silent Auction - Collecting items, set up, dinner tickets sales, overall organizing of items and photographing
Book Fair- Setting up books, helping students pick out books
Library- Re-shelving, check-out, reading with students, book repair
Teacher Appreciation- Providing food/supplies and helping with for various teacher courtesy
events
Holiday Store- Setting up and helping kids pick out items during school hours
Field Day Concessions- Helping with purchasing and staffing concessions during field day
Afterhours Volunteer- Can help with projects that can be sent home, help at school after main hours or weekends
Classroom Helper- Gets instruction from Lead Room Parent, helps with classroom teacher needs, and attends/helps at parties
Grandparent Helper- Grandparents who want to actively volunteer at school as needed
Lead Room Parent- Coordinates with Grade Level Rep and instructs other Classroom Helpers on details of parties, supplies needed, and teacher requests
Grade Level Representative- Coordinates with the Lead Teacher for their child’s grade on how parties will work, times, etc. Then provides leadership for all the Lead Room Parents by communicating when and how parties will work
Fundraising- Helping our school PTA raise funds for projects and school, help on spirit nights at local restaurants, and contact local businesses for donations and sponsorships
Dads’ Club - A group of engaged male role models focused around positive student interactions and enrichment both on and off of campus. Open to dads, grandfathers, uncles, etc.
Kindness Week - Assist in planning for and implementing 5 days of school-wide kindness activities
Fine Arts Specials Lead Parent: Assisting the Fine Arts team in needs as related to their classes: piano, music, art, theatre and dance
Language Enrichment Lead Parent: Assisting the Language Enrichment team in needs as related to their classes
